What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of setting it up. I also favor its ability in measuring heat maps. I can have everything running in a swift manner. The only requirement is some light code on your site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a low-end tool. So expect some restrictions in terms of measurements. But it does meet all requirements for a majority of today's small-scale and medium-scale businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can finally use heat maps in acquiring insights. We can stir up ideas on which ones to test out on the site. That way, we can be sure of what to expect before doing a complete re-design. It's simple to use.
