You get everything you need to know to improve your site and let it be customer-centered for better results. It also integrates well with Optimizly, which is an A/B testing tool, and thus adds to its efficiency. Since it is mobile friendly, you can view data, on the behavior of customers on your site, on both the desktop and mobile gadget.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although it supports integration with Optimizly, it asks for authorization every time you initiate the tracking or testing process. This can be annoying and it would be better the system would only ask once and authorize automatically moving forward. Also, the product does not provide data on how the visitors interact with the website per every session. This functionality would be suitable for in-depth analysis of customer behavior.
