What are the best aspects of this product?
The goal of Crazy Egg is to improve how you view your visitors. Not just an overall view but up and close. You are able to know exactly what they did and where they did it. It provides a heat map that is specific on the activity they were involved in. The learning curve is minimal, which means that you will be up and running in no time. This eliminates the time and money you would have used in training. You can easily install it in your system without help and you are good to go.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer support of the technical team is not as responsive as it should be. A couple of times we have been ignored as our queries have not been taken care of. Although setting up URLs is effortless, when it comes to setting up a one URL, you have to dig deep as it is complex. The functionality is there, but it is hard to set up that one URL and it would be nice if they made that part easier.

Crazy Egg has helped to increase visibility on how we see our visitors. Instead of just getting a number for the overall activity on our site, we can now see what exactly they are doing. It gives a clear picture of what is happening in terms of the customer activities. This has helped us to be more productive and produce according to the needs of our customers. We can now use the tool together with the A/B testing system for better results.
