What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to accommodate and pull off campaigns of any size or level, thanks to the wide range of available tools. There's also the up-to-date email integration feature and amazing general configuration. Overall, the service is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Things are still in progress. Social networks are not yet fully integrated. Hopefully, they finish and fix things up soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using CrazyCall, communication within the department is quite terrible. It has improved when we implemented the solution.
