What are the best aspects of this product?
The quality of our calls has improved without spending a significant amount of money. CrazyCall is a solution that you won’t regret using. It is very easy to manage, the sound quality is very good, there’s built-in email functionality, the customer service team is very responsive and attentive to end user’s needs, and any more. We are even able to easily generate different types of reports. All functionalities and tools available are helpful to the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform is web-based so initially, our worries are related to the connection. But after using the system for a while, we discovered it won’t be a problem. Everything is great and we had an awesome experience. It’s easy to use and offers a lot of helpful functionalities such as the file transfer which is functionality not available in other similar products. The sound quality is good. We are able to handle stuff fast. And whenever we had problems with the system, we were able to reach the support team and receive a response immediately.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This solution has made incoming and outgoing calls easier to manage. I am able to organize calls in the dashboard, clearly listen to outgoing calls, automate calls when needed, and transfer contacts and many more. It has helped us provide a quality experience to our clients. We are able to provide a more efficient and personalized customer experience without spending more resources. It has contributed a lot in improving the service of our call center.
