PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the dashboard. It's easy to read and use. The dialer is efficient and the call panel is great. I just love this software. It provides everything we need to manage a team and successfully pull off a campaign.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is not that stable yet and we occasionally encounter glitches when making script. Also, I find reporting a bit lacking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This solution gives us tools to prepare campaigns and increase the probability of success. Aside from that, our team was able to finish more tasks and calls. It has helped us improved our productivity.
