What are the best aspects of this product?

We had an amazing experience using CrazyCall right from the start and I highly recommend it to call center firms looking for a tool that will take their game to a whole new level. The tools and functionalities available will help you ensure that no opportunity is missed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the need for Zapier Integrations in order to integrate the software with third-party applications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tools and functions offered by the platform such as the live preview of campaign's success, advance analytics dashboard, access to predefined reports, and many more have helped us become more efficient and had more successful calls.
