The thing or tool that I benefited a lot and I really find incredible is the charts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Generating data takes FOREVER! That's the only thing I don't like about the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to frequently deal with system related issues and focus on what's important which is assisting my team members and teaching them how to effectively communicate with our clients.
