Excellent for viewing CAD files

What are the best aspects of this product?
Creo has a user-friendly UI, it's very easy to use. I find it best for viewing 2D and 3D CAD files in PLM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Files often open slowly; App sometimes crashes when opening files.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Downloading "bulky" apps lessened especially when you only use them for viewing CAD files.
