PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Poor service from the top down. Not much else to say.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They kept moving my account to auto-renew, so that we would incur more charges. Account management is basically spend and pray. Total waste of time and money.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like if they didn't attempt to scam their clients then collect on unathorized charges

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There was nothing solved other than wasting hours of my time fighting their collections team over a measly $600 bill that they will not provide any justification for. It's very silly the way they run their business, but now I have to fight it just on principle. Would never work with this company and urge any marketing peers to avoid. Not worth even a test.
