PROS: The support is great in resolving concerns in no time. Say, I’ve sent a donation to the wrong account. I only need to connect with the support team, and I instantly got my funds back. That’s when I can donate to the right recipient.

CONS: This is a very easy to use fundraiser. There is no negative point I have found while using it.

PROS: CrowdRise is helping our non-profit foundation a lot. This is a highly automated fundraiser with efficient UI and is extremely easy to set up. Moreover, it has very approachable support staff that helps me solve uncommon issues instantly. In many instances, these are concerns that come when I want to do some tweaks or pull off unique results from the platform.

CONS: CrowdRise has no downside. It is really wonderfully supporting our cause.

PROS: A highly automated fundraiser that is very convenient to use. Everything you need for a fundraiser is already there, thus you only need to make an account. Then, put in your pictures and details, and you’re good to go. Also, I notice their support team has a very quick response time, and they always solve issues in one call.

CONS: I have been using this platform for about a year. I haven’t spotted any problem or flaw with all of its features.

PROS: We only ran a fundraiser for a few weeks, simply because of the excellent user support we’ve received from CrowdRise. The guys in the support team make sure that they help in solving any problems we encounter on the platform. They are truly approachable, professional and highly responsive. I also observed that they have a systematic approach to solving queries for better efficiency, regardless of what problem we bring to them. As a result, we’ve experienced quick turnaround time when claiming funds, which is important in making things move for our cause.

CONS: We have noticed confusing points while signing-in. These are points that don’t agree with what we have known. It’s a good thing, however, that we have received support to clarify things up. This has helped us continue with the initial agreement for using the platform.

CONS: CrowdRise is not a free fundraiser because it implements service charges. Although, it is a good thing that the fees they take reflect the great services they provide.

PROS: The platform itself is very smooth and convenient to use for anyone. And it has dependable support that we can easily contact through email. I feel that its motto, “Giving Back”, sounds fantastic too!

CONS: The 6% charge is quite a significant amount. Not to mention, they impose other processing payments too.

PROS: Fundraiser pages are easy to create and personalize on CrowdRise. It has a smooth and easy to use interface for managing campaigns too. Not to mention that the CrowdRise support team is so reliable and efficient.

CONS: Its new UI is quite confusing to learn. Although, other features are still the same, and are all efficient to use.

PROS: We haven’t experienced any difficulties when setting up a fundraiser account. The support team has helped us make things easier too, especially that they respond quickly and professionally.

CONS: I experienced some troubles when claiming our fundraiser profile. Although, it might be a problem on my part, instead of an issue in the platform.

PROS: I love how the user support team helps us sort out critical problems. This is probably the best experience I’ve had with support staff since I began working with non-profit groups.

CONS: I think CrowdRise has no cons. everything is great, especially that it has a smooth UI, professional team of support, and the efficient solutions it provides.

CONS: I haven’t encountered any troublesome experience with this site. I’m really satisfied with their services.

PROS: Excellent support for my active crowdfunding campaign! That’s even if my campaign is already receiving tons of engagements since I have spread it to hundreds of contacts and even on news stations.

CONS: I haven’t experienced any bad issues with this fundraiser. That’s after using it for quite a while now.
