What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CrowdRise is not a free fundraiser because it implements service charges. Although, it is a good thing that the fees they take reflect the great services they provide.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Suitable for a not for profit group that I support. It allows teamwork tracking of campaigns, which means multiple people can help in generating funds.
