Fundraiser that is easy to access and use

What are the best aspects of this product?

CrowdRise is helping our non-profit foundation a lot. This is a highly automated fundraiser with efficient UI and is extremely easy to set up. Moreover, it has very approachable support staff that helps me solve uncommon issues instantly. In many instances, these are concerns that come when I want to do some tweaks or pull off unique results from the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CrowdRise has no downside. It is really wonderfully supporting our cause.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CrowdRise is a useful platform for non-profit org similar to ours. However, I haven’t enjoyed much about its business features yet.
