We haven’t experienced any difficulties when setting up a fundraiser account. The support team has helped us make things easier too, especially that they respond quickly and professionally.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I experienced some troubles when claiming our fundraiser profile. Although, it might be a problem on my part, instead of an issue in the platform.
