What are the best aspects of this product?
We only ran a fundraiser for a few weeks, simply because of the excellent user support we’ve received from CrowdRise. The guys in the support team make sure that they help in solving any problems we encounter on the platform. They are truly approachable, professional and highly responsive. I also observed that they have a systematic approach to solving queries for better efficiency, regardless of what problem we bring to them. As a result, we’ve experienced quick turnaround time when claiming funds, which is important in making things move for our cause.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have noticed confusing points while signing-in. These are points that don’t agree with what we have known. It’s a good thing, however, that we have received support to clarify things up. This has helped us continue with the initial agreement for using the platform.
