What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how the user support team helps us sort out critical problems. This is probably the best experience I’ve had with support staff since I began working with non-profit groups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think CrowdRise has no cons. everything is great, especially that it has a smooth UI, professional team of support, and the efficient solutions it provides.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficient machinery that helps us generate funds for our goals. It helps us make war veterans happy with their lives. It helps us facilitate forums among veterans, so they can talk with others with similar experiences. This is great for them to talk about common problems and how they face them as individuals. We conduct outdoor activities for them to enjoy as well.
