PROS: CS Professional Suite is a magnificent software that provides us in-depth information regarding our customers before we decide whether to accept their lending application or not.
CONS: There are times when the information is insufficient or inaccurate. For example, it would show that a person has a criminal history but does not expound on it. We could check with criminal databases but there are certain states that do not share such data. Also, it gives tax lien information that is incorrect. At times it would show that a person has outstanding tax lien but upon using another application we find that there is none.

PROS: Whenever we have questions, we only need to call the customer service team who promptly and adequately resolve our issues. Apart from that, the software itself is user-friendly so we do not have to deal with a steep learning curve.
CONS: The password change prompt is a bit of a nuisance because it requires new passwords every time and it is difficult for me to remember them.
