What are the best aspects of this product?

CS Professional Suite is a magnificent software that provides us in-depth information regarding our customers before we decide whether to accept their lending application or not.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the information is insufficient or inaccurate. For example, it would show that a person has a criminal history but does not expound on it. We could check with criminal databases but there are certain states that do not share such data. Also, it gives tax lien information that is incorrect. At times it would show that a person has outstanding tax lien but upon using another application we find that there is none.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We compared the results provided by CS Professional Suite regarding fraud detection and ownership verification with another vendor's platform and we found that CS is more informative and accurate.
