What are the best aspects of this product?

Whenever we have questions, we only need to call the customer service team who promptly and adequately resolve our issues. Apart from that, the software itself is user-friendly so we do not have to deal with a steep learning curve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The password change prompt is a bit of a nuisance because it requires new passwords every time and it is difficult for me to remember them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall, it is a magnificent suite of products and our company is satisfied with it.
