What are the best aspects of this product?
I have great experience with customer advocacy’s support team, they are awesome at providing helpful support. To speak the truth, it’s difficult to find a team that would guide you through the whole process of their software and who would care about their customer’s success. We really feel them as our partners, they really work hard to provide us with whatever we need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No software is perfect, but the team behind this software constantly improve their product. Don’t have dislikes.

With CustomerAdvocacy we can easily engage and encourage our clients so they can be involved in the product development process. We don’t use spreadsheet anymore, with this tool we can effectively manage our engagement strategies.
