What are the best aspects of this product?

I cannot really explain how satisfied I am with this product. I love the process of building the platform with its team and to see how we engage our customers in a friendly manner. By using this product, you will get online reviews, social media posts, detailed case-studies and PR. You can easily achieve customer marketing objectives if you use Customer Advocacy software. We want to roll out the platform so we can promote our best employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could use this product for personal purposes, I would like to use it as “chore-chart”.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We all know how difficult it is to engage our customers, but CA offers great platform for engagement and makes the whole process pleasurable for both our team and customer. We managed to improve our social footprint, case study, event attendance, customer references and pr production. I would like to see what’s new within this product.
