Easy to set-up, it allows us to test and learn at the same time. This software is very flexible and allows us to cope with anything.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have found some small issues but nothing seriously though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to increase social media activity with small team, and we couldn’t really find a way to do the right thing. Thankfully, its team helped us to better manage both employee and customer community, they helped us to connect our marketing points with community management and after that we had lot of opportunities. Our first step was to manage the reference so we can easily create the community along the way. It was difficult to get the community size and engagement frequency to large group so we decided to focus more on our satisfied customers because we knew that they would be happy to be involved in our experimental beta group. After using this product we managed to expand our business quickly and we experienced great success with promotion and engagement process.
