What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, its customer support team is great, extremely helpful team, they have helped us during the implementation and they even include some requests that we thought would be great for the software. By using it we have expanded our views and we gain more knowledge in how to manage our clients. The software is easy to use, quick to implement, my team really loves the software and its simplicity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In the beginning there wasn’t integration with Salesforce, but they quickly resolved the issue. Also, we used the API so we can link the system into our own system but this one wasn’t easy at all, but in the end the results were helpful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I think that some companies manage their advocates by using a spreadsheet, in the past we were using our CRM and we had no software that would manage our customers. Now, Customer Advocacy has change the way how we control our collateral, and allows us to match references as well. We have a full picture of customer portfolio and we are really surprise about the way of managing our customers.
