What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that I can ask mu customers to share their thoughts and experience about the content on social media in more professional way by simply using the Customer Advocacy. It doesn’t take so much time or effort to ask a customer to share their experience on Likedln or even to give us a reference. They are even able to redeem those points for the rewards, they really enjoy while doing this. Additionally, I would like to say that its team guided us through every step of the process, they explained everything to us and they are always responsive for our needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have dislikes about the product, because it runs smoothly and it’s easy to use. At first I thought that I would need more time for using the program, but once I learned it I have seen that the product is highly intuitive and user-friendly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can reward our loyal customers for their loyalty and participation. With this tool we can easily motivate our customer and engage them in more professional way. Customer Advocacy saves us lot of money, time and effort because it does all managing tasks.
