What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the analytics features of the Customer Thermometer. The software categorizes the comments by color stars such as: red, yellow, green and gold stars, also separates the responses in a different tab. It’s very practical and useful, because I have a full picture of my customer’ satisfaction. Also, the check mark box which is next to the comments is great because we can indicate when my team has taken action on specific issue. What’s more, the software allows us to access data easily and by date, which is very helpful tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We couldn’t access data, but now they implemented the feature. So everything is good by now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The software provides us with NPS score of our company. Thanks to comment section we've built a blog with FAQ for our customers.
