PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like all toolls are seamlessly interacting with each other. I've been utilizng the event management tool for my current event site as well as online registration. I've been using OnArrival, which offers quick and a great check-in experience for attendees. I make use of Social Wall and the lead tracking program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit complicated in using registration content builders. Unless, of course, you get around them often. But if you need help, customer support is an e-mail or phone call away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cvent solutions allowe me to make events that are both modern and professional looking. All of the tools have made everything easier for me. It also enhanced my attendees' experience. With the Cvent staff available for the 360 On Arrial and lead tracking sytem is far better as opposed to hiring a personal staff during the event!
