What are the best aspects of this product?
I like its ability to automate a lot for me in terms of reminders and confirmations. I've been using it to successfully sell ad programs to customers. I also sell ad programs to book attendees on our trips. Even for small office events, I find it very useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The learning curve of the system can take up a lot of time. It can also be confusing. But it was all worth the hassle in the end. Client success reps and the service team are great tools.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before discovering CVENT, getting registered to any event that we were in charge of involved a lot of manual work. Not to mention event details to be given to guests in an organized way. This also involved event promotion and badge printing. CVENT was spectacular in resolving these issues.
