What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Social Tables is able to take on requests from user feedback and I can see that with their regular software updates. Sometimes they even roll back to bring back items that we loved from the previous version, so this shows that the company is loyal and listens to its users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if we can manage constant system updates a lot better. When it happens too often and too close in between, it's another round of adjustment from our end and it risks our production as a consequence. At the same time, we need these updates because of the everchanging demands in our industry. Striking a healthy balance could be key.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The diagrams from Social Tables are our game-changer with clients. It's made things a lot easier and more efficient.
