What are the best aspects of this product?
We're operating as a multi-client firm. We have communication and event needs that vary in simplicity and complexity. After looking into a number of platforms the past several months, CVENT happens to be the only platform capable of delivering setups for any intricate event. Its greatest functionality is that it's now capable of integrating communication, internet platforms, events, membership details, and CE tracking in a single system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be nice to have added functionality in the e-marketing platform. By that would mean dealing with instances such as embedded videos and others.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before, we were dealing with Constant Contacts Event Spot. We had three sepearate registration in managing one of our intricate events then getting the spreadsheets merged together. And it often ended up coming out wrong. Cvent gave us the ability to have varying user experiences with the same registration preventing instances of error prone tasks that often come with spreadsheet manipulation.
