What are the best aspects of this product?
Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Each person I've dealt with have been nothing but accommodating. They were really a big help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping there was some way in getting the trade show registration organized. This is better off than manipulating current pathways in accommodating a trade show. It'd be nice to have such functionality. It would definitely meet logistics/trade organization requirements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The conference we're orgnazing is what we're using Cvent for. It's used in managing mail/fax as well as payment authorization forms, paper applications, and a host of others. We'd mail out registration forms and data in a more than a dozen countries. Registration forms would start coming by via e-mail/fax.
