What are the best aspects of this product?

I like showing my clients how we're envisioning the event space is supposed to look. It helps us especially on the day, and we've been able to put mitigating measures in place to minimize the stress that we can avoid. Social Tables features plenty of functions and the system rolls out constant updates for further improvement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to update the software's design and clean it up a little. The list of functions being offered also looks cluttered. Perhaps a mobile app can help too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Flexibility. We're able to move things around to facilitate a better layout and event flow. We're also able to move people strategically. Example: department heads are usually at certain tables that allow people access for a meet-and-greet. We're also able to show the layout to our clients. There are times they want some things changed, so it was easy for us to make tweaks that would satisfy them.
