Good event tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can easily build out floor plans based on the accurate size of event space. It's simple and efficient at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish more features are offered because it could be too simple at the moment. It would also be great to have a better support team that would be able to respond to inquiries more quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Event efficiency. We're able to share the event layout and event flow to various teams and minimize confusion and errors during the event. Also for pre-event, we're able to create accurate diagrams and swiftly share them with the executives and clients.
