What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's so easy to use when it comes to showing clients the diagrams we've created for their event.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful for the program to be more user-friendly for those using it for the first time, and for autosave to work better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to show clients exactly what they've specified for their events.
