Love how it keeps evolving by adapting to user feedback. The updates are all so useful and sometimes when an update removed a feature that we love, they make the effort to have it back on the next update. They listen to their users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Changes too much sometimes that it is hard to adapt but chatting with their support team and reading the help section helps.

Diagramming and layout of event venues, better client feedback.
