What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I favor with Cvent its its ability in sending out personal links within any e-mail. The links lets the registration look into what you really want them to focus on. Once they register, it'll pre-populate any data being imported in the system. This makes the experience less of a hassle for any attendee!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping the system would provide enhanced integration for both the guest and registrant. At times, it would seem as if both were not as connected. Also, guest registration seems like an afterthought.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When Cvent was adopted by my company, we resolve a major issue of getting a number of clients on varying platforms. We're now capable of standardizing offerings to clients. We get to train our associates with a single tool. Instead of getting our team having some knowledge of registration systems, they've evolved into an SME in a single system.
