What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Social Tables is easy to use for us and our clients. During our meetings, we're able to visualize the room for their event and add detailed requests from the client. At the moment, because of physical restrictions, we would send the URL of the same concept to our client and discuss it over the phone. When we encounter issues, the support team is always on hand to answer our questions and help us solve it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at all. Social Tables is working well for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to help our clients visualize the concepts. It's made meetings and discussions flow a lot smoother so we can ensure that we're on the same page with our clients.
