What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how it's easy to use in sending invites and being able to manage registrations. Before, rooming lists and invites took up a bulk of time. Cvent ensured that such processes run more efficiently. A great functionality for my team is being able to share registration reports and activity with colleagues in real-time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I hate is not getting the chance to completely utilize Cvent. There are a ton of functinality that needs exploring.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It resolved communication problems! Being able to copy team members in terms of registration responses is essential to how we run our business. Cvent makes this possible. They have a reporting functionality that lets our team look into registration responses in an organized setup.
