What are the best aspects of this product?

I usually apply for multiple grants all at the same time. Using this app makes it easier for me to monitor the status of all my grant applications. Very practical and organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The forms need to be revised or edited because they have limits when it comes to the number of characters we are allowed to write. There are times that I could not expound my answers, which is one of the reasons why grants are being denied.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeps all your applications stored in one app. Things are easy to find and the approval process is faster as compared to using snail mail.
