What are the best aspects of this product?
It's really speedy and easy to ask for help whenever you need. What's more, it's a rare instance of you asking for help. Their service is extremely dependable. When you want to ask or make an inquiry to anyone, support would respond almost immediately. They would ensure your call is authorized before proceeding and know the ins and outs of issues and aspects of the software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only time we encountered real problems involved the software's upgrades and system updates. We were never informed ahead of time. They claim to have been sending e-mails to account holders. At times, we don't receive them. There's a possibility that the problem may have something to do with our own exchange server. It may be repsonsible in blocking e-mails with blocked words.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks largely to Cybersource, we're now PCI compliant. They were able to house details of our customer's credit cards. We carried out ACHs through them last year. From what we can see thus far, everything is running well.
