I can create and modify rules with CyberSource

What are the best aspects of this product?

Creating and modifying rules with CyberSource is what I like the most. Also, it gives me the ability to mark customers as “suspect” so they are no longer permitted to place orders. I can also mark my trusted customers, so when they can place their orders uninterruptedly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a bit disappointing that CyberSource doesn’t allow multiple logins for a variety of countries, including USA, UK, Canada, and more. I find it hard to login when I need to switch profiles or accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With CyberSource, we can approve or decline orders, like the ones we suspect risky. It lets us review them first before making a final decision.
