What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that this CyberSource provides me different ways to search through my payments and other transactions. This provides me the capability to view the data about my activities and the reason why my payment is declined.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is good, but its UI is a bit off and hard to analyze. This is not a big deal, though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With CyberSource, I can immediately detect fraudulent transactions and declined payments. This helps us understand the situation that concerns to payment processing.
