PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

"Pretty" high level view of your tasks. There really aren't any further, "best aspects" to the product. They provided many empty promises that I later found they never will implement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a single level, high level view with no "meat" beyond that. No dependencies, no true links between tasks, etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The features I requested from the beginning was true subtasks (not just a checkbox in a task), links between boards/groups (two way). What was most disappointing is when I asked about these features, I was never told they never plan to add them until well outside of my 30 days to request a refund.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had a high level view of what was going on. For some of our basic recurring tasks, this worked, but for true task management and organization, Dapulse falls short on all levels.
