What are the best aspects of this product?

Datahhug assisted our SDR team in understanding the engagements occurring in the accounts and oppportunities we were able to generate. We no longer have to hunt after AE's in determining if they're connected or not. Now we can take insights to our conversation with our team by referring to individuals they're interacting with. At the same time, acquire updates in the same manner you want in bringing value and insights to customers. Scoring lets you understand how opportunities are progressing and being able to pull in contacts/leads to Salesforce when they're able to reach Hugrank.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I want to nitpick on the tool, it would be the lack of real-time update on their data activity. I'd have to put up with waiting until the next day to receive an update on what occurred today. It would be a nice solution if they have an "Update Now" button to refresh or update data. Consultant activities can be extracted from opportuniities. This could lead to a bit of confusion to those who aren't keen enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're trying to find a way to gain visbility and health into opportunities as well as accounts. We don't want to go after Account Executives. We're making our communication faster with our team in calling in accounts and the current status of opportunities. For AE who aren't into adding contacts to accounts manually, you can initially e-mail and include the contact within the account record swiftly. This ensures no contact/lead is left. We're also receiving analytics and being able to predict opportunities and spot any red flags.
