What are the best aspects of this product?
The ideal eporting you get from a CRM such as Salesforce entails a plethora of data entry by sales reps. These would have to be done manually. But the cost of such opportunity of requiring such data entry frequently outweigh the data value especially when you have no idea if all were entered --- leaving you with a questionable accuracy of a data set. Through Datahug, your contact roles are automatically included to opportunities. Its objective deal scoring works according to engagement -- without the rep working on anything.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Certain limitations with the forecasting module in terms of time periods selected. You're only limited to seeing the current/quarter/upcoming month. We'd like to branch out in certain cases. We also prefer a rolling month feature. Some additional clicks within the forecasting module when switching from one time period to the next.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was able to address several key issues. It's able to identify opps that have been neglected. It can closed out deals that could be potentially lost soon. This saves each rep valuable time. Highly concentrated on 1-on-1 manager/rep meetings.
