What are the best aspects of this product?
It's awesome gaining a clearer view of my pipeleine as well as the kind of opportunities I'm required to be spending more time on. Offers a clearer picture on which will close realistically and the accounts required to seek where decision makers are. Timeline visuals are awesome. Opportuninity bubbles are tremendous. UI is simply the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's able to take into account scheduled follow-up calls. But it appears not to count for the follow-ups or voicemails that I do. I'm not even sure if this is really an issue with Datahug counting them or our own CRM. At times for SMB firms, it would suggest for me to interact to decision makers more. Thngs, I'm already interacting to one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its pipeline forecasting assisted me in preserving opportunities that entails further work. One big benefit with Datahug is that it understands if you've interacted to individuals at the account. You can add those same individuals to your CRM with a single click. This may appear simple enough, but adding contact to the CRM is actually a tedious process.
