What are the best aspects of this product?
Datahug and its deal score is an excellent indicator of rep traction found within an opportunity. You can label it as a BS sniffer or a dead wood destroyer. Quite simply, it's a great indicator the intention of prospects in making a purchase. In a reality where have numerous priorities, Dathug has its own behavior compass that determine a prospect's interest as well as the capacity of your reps in translating interest in closing out a deal.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Given certain concerns on data security, we were able to make configurations on data transport between Datahug and our e-mail system. The process took around a few weeks in configuring and testing things out. But once everything was set up and running, things rolled out pretty well.

Productivity in sales: Datahug will assist reps in determing which deals they're able to gain traction in and being able to respectively allocate their time. Organizing prospects and being able to determine who is worth the time has been up until now. Datahug is bringing a bit of science in the pipeline management. The deal with Datahug score not only offers decent indication of a the willingnesso of a prospect in making a purchase, but its deal score assists the rep in figuring out the next process and unlocking value in their pipeline.
