What are the best aspects of this product?
It's simple to utilize. It's able to offer data in a precise and transparent manner. Minimizes the effort for our sales team in uploading e-mail and linking info to Salesforce. Pipeline Flow report is of great use in reconciling the movement of the pipeline over a period of time. Having the ability to determine which opportunities are on track is invaluable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping there's some way to link Datahug forecast updates to the forecast fields in the Salesforce forecasting object. For example, if I'm able to override a forecast category or a specific amount within Datahug, such override won't be brought over to the SalesForecasting object.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had the need to look look into the interaction our sales team was having with prospects without overwhelming data with excess data. Datahug offered excellent insights. Installation and maintenance was easy. I'm able to look into the current status of the team via Account. I can also observe which opportunities can be potentially closed.
