What are the best aspects of this product?

Its organization and transparency has changed the game. Datahug is capable of automating core aspects within the sales process. This include stakeholders/deal strategy, lead routing, forecasting, piepleine management, and etc... I know they'll be unveiling some kind of new coaching component for the platform soon. By getting these capabilities automated, it lets reps acquire real-time info without going through the admin and manual steps. This leads to accumulated free time for selling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its deal score will only inform how much context is required per deal to to know if the score can be depended on or not. For example, we collaborate with external influencers from agencies or firms to help drive our deals. They have varying e-mail addresses and are working with us on varying deals. That way, we won't have a simpler approach in analyzing communication with them against the status of a certain deal. This allows for certain opportunities that mirror a smaller deal health then what it is in reality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Datahug has gotten rid of manual working hours and divided docs by letting us have an easier routing of info via SFDC, an account/opportunity contact, and precise approach to our forecasting set-up so coaching deals are a simpler for managers. The best aspect is that all these are available at the reps' fingertips so data that was on available to executives, can now be seen in real-time for each rep to utilize in their area. I like Datahug's latest technology. We're frequently expecting their upcoming release since we know things will be even more better.
