An excellent product with minor problems

What are the best aspects of this product?

We love that Datanyze allows us to build our own contact lists and be very granular or broad with it. The notification function is also a feature we really enjoy. It ensures that we are informed when there is a software that has been added or dropped. Such information is vital to our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Building lists can take a while and people need some familiarity with the software to fully realize its potential.
