What are the best aspects of this product?

Datanyze enables us to see and know more about the technology companies are using. Other information include when they started and/or stopped using it, which is quite valuable to us. Also, the automated email search tool is a very useful feature and is quite accurate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While they only charge for the email we successfully pulled and refunds the credits for bounced emails, the refund process is done manually and can be quite thorough and time intensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software helps us search for very qualified leads that have the highest possibility to convert.
